Gameplay & Presentation:

Fun time. The graphics and the new snowy city look beautiful. I like how they added those electric jumps and dashes to the web-swinging. I like the combat, the surplus of enemies along with the addition of crowd-control based electric powers was REALLY fun to play with. The story is okay. The game from a technical perspective feels great, no loading screens whatsoever. Stealth is an afterthought.

Final Verdict

This is the most 7/10 experience. Like keep in mind, I did not BUY this game, I played it for free on my brother’s PS5. It’s a good side game. It wasn’t the amazing reintroduction to superhero games that Spider-Man PS4 was, and I wasn’t expecting it to be. It’s more of the first game with a few new bells and whistles and not as powerful a story. Not much to say about it apart from it’s a really fun way to kill a few hours. If anyone wants to get the essential Marvel Spider-Man experience, just play the first and third game.
